Privacy Policy
The short version. We keep what's needed to run your study plan and nothing else. We have never sold personal data and won't. You can delete everything yourself, any time, from inside the app.
What we collect
- Your account: name and email address.
- Your practice: test scores, which questions you missed, per-topic results, and your study program. This is what makes your dashboard and study plan work.
- Anything you send us: feedback messages, and contact form submissions.
- Basic usage: anonymous counts of page visits and which buttons get used, tied to a random device identifier rather than to you.
We do not collect payment card details. If you buy a plan, Stripe handles the payment and we receive only the fact that it succeeded.
What we never do
- We never sell personal data, to anyone, for any purpose.
- We don't use student data to build other products or train models.
- There is no advertising on score145 and no ad trackers.
Classes and teachers
If you join a teacher's class, you are shown exactly what they will see — your practice scores, the questions you missed, and your strongest and weakest topics — and you must agree before anything is shared. Teachers cannot see your password or anything you do outside that class. You can leave a class at any time, and your teacher stops seeing your results immediately.
We do not accept uploaded student rosters. Membership in a class only ever happens because a student chose it.
If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian before joining a class. Programs that need a signed data privacy agreement can request one at support@score145.com.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — database and login.
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
Each holds data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your profile, results, missed questions, topic results, study program, feedback, and class memberships. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your choices
- Delete everything: use "delete my data" in the app header.
- Get a copy of your results: ask us at support@score145.com.
- Correct something: email us and we'll fix it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to results is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface. No system is perfect; if we ever have a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
Changes
Material changes get posted here with a new date, and paid customers hear from us directly.
