Terms of Service
The short version. score145 offers GED practice with a free tier (a five-question sample, study guides, and flashcards) and paid plans for the full tests. Teachers and tutors can pay for a dashboard that shows their students' results. We don't sell anyone's data. If a paid plan isn't working out, email us and we'll sort it out.
Who we are
score145 (score145.com) is a service operated by Nail it Prep, based in Texas, United States. "We" and "us" in this document mean Nail it Prep. Contact us any time at support@score145.com.
What we provide
Practice questions, scored results on the 100–200 scale used by the official GED test, topic explanations, flashcards, and downloadable study materials. Paid plans additionally provide a teacher dashboard showing the results of students who have joined that teacher's class and consented to share them.
We are not affiliated with GED Testing Service, Pearson VUE, or any official testing body. Practice scores here are an estimate to help you prepare. They are not official scores and do not guarantee a particular result on the real test.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before creating an account or joining a class.
Paid plans and billing
- A free account is free forever. It includes a five-question sample with worked answers, and the study guides and flashcards for all 72 topics.
- A plan opens the rest — full-length practice tests, scoring on the official 100–200 scale, a progress dashboard across all four subjects, and your study plan. One plan: $6.99 a month, with the first 3 days free. Students in a paid class or tutoring plan are covered by their teacher.
- The student plan is $6.99 per month, charged to your card after a 3-day free trial. Cancel any time with one click from your account, or by emailing us. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
- Teacher, tutor, and program plans are priced by number of students and billed per school year unless your invoice says otherwise. Students in a paid class don't need their own plan.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Schools and programs may instead request an invoice and pay by check or purchase order. Access begins when we activate your account, which we do on receipt of a signed purchase order or payment, whichever your institution requires.
- Plans do not auto-renew silently. We'll contact you before a term ends.
- Prices may change, but not during a term you've already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don't resell access, scrape or bulk-download our question bank, attempt to break security or access other people's data, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Your content and our content
Questions, explanations, study guides, and site design belong to Nail it Prep. Teachers and students may print and copy our downloadable materials for their own classroom and study use. Anything you submit — feedback, for example — you allow us to use to improve the service.
Availability
We aim to keep score145 running but can't promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using score145 at any time, and you can delete your account and all of your data from inside the app. We may close accounts that violate these terms. If we close a paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of the term.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll say so on this page and update the date above. Paid customers will be told directly before changes affect them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
