Refund & Dispute Policy
The short version. score145 is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. If you see a charge from us on a statement, email us and we will look at it the same day.
Nothing is charged
Every part of score145 — the practice tests, study plan, flashcards, study guides and the teacher dashboard — is free, with or without an account. We don't take card details and we don't run trials.
If you paid before October 2026
Earlier, score145 offered paid plans. If you bought one:
- Nothing more will be charged to you.
- If you were charged within the last 30 days and would like that charge refunded now that the service is free, email support@score145.com with the email address you used and we will refund it. No reason needed.
- Your scores, misses and study plan stay exactly where they are.
Books and audiobooks
The books we recommend are sold by Amazon, not by us. Returns and refunds for those follow Amazon's own policy. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases; that does not change the price you pay.
Billing disputes
If you see a charge you don't recognise, email support@score145.com before disputing with your bank. We can usually resolve it the same day. score145 is operated by Nail it Prep, so a past charge may appear on your statement as NAIL IT PREP, SCORE145, or both. That is us — not an unfamiliar merchant.
